About the role
- Promote FHIA Remodeling's products and services to prospective and existing clients in in-store retail marketing campaigns, events, and tradeshows
- Deliver engaging sales presentations face to face, focusing on high quality products, installation, and customer care
- Engage with customers in retail environments such as Costco or Home Depot, introducing and selling services
- Stand for long periods and work high-traffic retail shifts (weekends and weekday shifts as scheduled)
- Use this experience as a stepping stone to a career in Management or Sales
- Work on-site at FHIA Remodeling locations throughout Orlando, FL
Requirements
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, and ambitious outlook to succeed in a performance-driven environment
- Ability to speak publicly with confidence
- Naturally outgoing and well-spoken individual who thrives in human interaction
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish - a plus!
- Scheduling availability: Sat and/or Sun, and weekdays 10am to 6pm or 11am to 7pm
- Comfortable working in high-traffic retail settings and standing for long periods
- Comfortable with commission or performance-based pay
- Legally authorized to work in the United States (application asks)
- Willing to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check (application asks)
- Reliable transportation to get to and from work each day (application asks)
- Regular access to a smartphone with internet connection (application asks)
