About the role
- Lead scheduling and permitting team to ensure timely, efficient installations across multiple product lines
- Manage day-to-day operations of the scheduling department
- Oversee scheduling for installations across all Rite Window markets
- Lead and support scheduling staff, including training and reviews
- Serve as point of contact for vendors and permitting coordination
- Monitor job statuses and ensure accurate system updates in Lead Perfection
- Handle reschedules and communicate changes with production and field teams
- Log and track incoming materials, updating internal systems promptly
- Deliver exceptional customer experience and drive operational excellence
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office tools
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
- Highly detail-oriented in fast-paced environments
- Ability to synthesize and act on data from multiple sources
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience leading or supporting a team is a plus
