About the role
- Engage with homeowners in local neighborhoods through direct, in-person outreach
- Introduce remodeling services and special offers through friendly and informative conversation
- Generate interest and schedule free in-home product demonstrations (no selling required)
- Represent a highly rated home renovation brand
- Use role as a stepping-stone into management or furthering your sales career
- Work consistent M-F schedule with afternoon/evening shifts (1pm–9pm)
Requirements
- No experience required; prior experience is a plus
- Self-motivated individuals
- Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies
- Availability to work afternoons and evenings (currently hiring 1pm–9pm shifts)
- Naturally outgoing and well-spoken; comfortable with face-to-face sales
- Availability to work weekends if required
- Legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship question asked
- Reliable transportation to get to and from work each day
- Regular access to a smartphone with internet connection
- Willingness to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
