- Engage with homeowners in local neighborhoods through direct, in-person outreach
- Introduce our remodeling services and special offers through friendly and informative conversation
- Generate interest and schedule our free in-home product demonstrations – no selling required
- Represent one of the highest rated brands in the industry
- Use this experience as a stepping-stone into a career in management or furthering your sales career
- Work consistent M-F schedule, typically afternoons and evenings (1pm–9pm shifts)
Requirements
- No experience required
- Prior experience is a plus; training provided
- Self-motivated individuals looking to get out what they put in
- Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies
- Availability to work afternoons and evenings; currently hiring 1pm–9pm shifts
- Naturally outgoing and well-spoken; comfortable with face-to-face sales and marketing
- Availability to work weekends if required
- Reliable transportation to get to and from work each day
- Regular access to a smartphone with internet connection
- Willingness to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
- Legally authorized to work in the United States (application asks about work authorization and sponsorship)
