About the role
- Meet with homeowners to understand their home improvement needs
- Deliver engaging presentations and provide tailored solutions
- Represent high-quality products backed by industry leaders
- Manage the sales process from consultation through closing
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives
- Cover assigned territory (in-person visits to homeowner residences)
- Participate in training including paid training and ride-along coaching
- Track and pursue pre-set, pre-qualified appointments daily
Requirements
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- In-home sales experience is a plus (but not required)
- Ability to work evenings and Saturdays
- Willingness to meet homeowners in their homes and travel within a sales territory
- Must be 18 years or older
- Willingness to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
- Legally authorized to work in the United States (application asks)
