About the role
- Manage the full onboarding process, including processing new hire information in ADP
- Track and manage background checks and Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) verifications
- Serve as primary contact for new hires and hiring managers for day-one tasks
- Conduct weekly audits of new hire profiles to ensure data integrity
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of employee records in HRIS systems
- Process new hire onboarding for Division-specific new hires
- Collaborate closely with HR, hiring managers, and divisional leadership to ensure smooth onboarding
Requirements
- Prior onboarding experience in a corporate environment
- Experience with HRIS systems (ADP preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and hybrid work environment
- Must be 18 years or older (application requirement)
- Willingness to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check (required)
- Legally authorized to work in the United States (required)
- Willingness to answer sponsorship question (company asks if you will require visa sponsorship)
