- Engage with homeowners in local neighborhoods through direct, in-person outreach
- Introduce remodeling services and special offers through friendly and informative conversation
- Generate interest and schedule free in-home product demonstrations (no selling required)
- Represent the company's brand and maintain professional presence with homeowners
- Use role as a stepping-stone into management or furthering a sales career
Requirements
- No experience required; prior experience is a plus
- Self-motivated individuals looking to get out what they put in
- Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies
- Availability to work afternoons and evenings (1pm–9pm shifts)
- Availability to work weekends if required
- Naturally outgoing and well-spoken; comfortable with face-to-face sales and marketing
- Regular access to a smartphone with internet connection
- Reliable transportation to get to and from work each day (application required)
- Legally authorized to work in the United States (application required)
- Willingness to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
- Comfortable with commission or performance-based pay
