- Engage with homeowners in local neighborhoods through direct, in-person outreach
- Introduce remodeling services and special offers through friendly and informative conversation
- Generate interest and schedule free in-home product demonstrations (no selling required)
- Represent one of the highest rated brands in the industry (Mad City Windows & Baths / Renuity)
- Use the role as a stepping-stone into a career in management or further sales roles
- Work consistent M-F schedule with afternoon/evening shift availability (1pm–9pm)
Requirements
- No experience required; prior experience is a plus
- Self-motivated individuals
- Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies
- Availability to work afternoons and evenings (currently hiring 1pm–9pm shifts)
- Comfortable interacting face-to-face with homeowners in a sales and marketing environment
- Naturally outgoing and well-spoken
- Reliable transportation to get to and from work each day (required on application form)
- Regular access to a smartphone with internet connection (required on application form)
