About the role
- Engage with potential customers via direct, in-person outreach in retail environments and local events
- Introduce remodeling services and special offers through friendly, informative conversation
- Generate interest and schedule free in-home product demonstrations (no selling required)
- Represent the Mad City Windows & Baths brand to customers
- Use role as a stepping-stone into management or sales career; participate in training and development
- Work scheduled shifts (10am–6pm Wed–Sun); afternoons and weekends required
Requirements
- No experience required; training provided
- Self-motivated and outgoing; well-spoken
- Availability to work afternoons and weekends
- Currently hiring for 10am – 6pm shifts Wednesday-Sunday
- Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies
- Willingness to engage in direct, in-person outreach in retail and events
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Willingness to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
- Ability to work full-time or part-time as needed
