- Introduce our remodeling services and special offers through friendly and informative conversation
- Generate interest and schedule our free in-home product demonstrations – no selling required

- Work scheduled in-store shifts (10am–6pm Wednesday–Sunday), including afternoons and weekends
Requirements
- No experience required
- Prior experience is a plus
- Self-motivated individuals
- Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies
- Availability to work afternoons and weekends
- Currently hiring for 10am – 6pm shifts Wednesday-Sunday
- Naturally outgoing and well-spoken individuals
- Comfortable working in a high-traffic retail setting and standing for long periods
- Regular access to a smartphone with internet connection
- Reliable transportation to get to and from work each day
- Legally authorized to work in the United States (required)
- Willing to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
- Comfortable with commission or performance-based pay
