About the role
- Act as the liaison between the company and customers to provide award-winning service and find solutions to home remodeling projects
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced call center environment
- Schedule customers with in-home sales advisors for FREE demos of products and services
- Identify customers’ needs to provide clear information and solutions
- Utilize pre-built scripts to establish instant connections and engage customers
- Participate in regular department contests and achieve both personal and team goals
- Work with homeowners across established markets, supporting local and out-of-area customers
Requirements
- Prior inside sales and/or call center experience preferred
- 1+ years of customer-facing experience required
- Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Motivated and competitive spirit
- Consistent drive to perform
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Proficient knowledge of general technology and computer applications
