About the role
- Start Strong: Represent FHIA Remodeling in the field and make an impact with brand awareness canvassing campaigns
- Learn and Grow: Achieve key milestones for promotion into management—usually within 3-6 months—based on performance
- Master Sales & Leadership: Deliver presentations on energy-efficient windows, doors, and roofing; train and mentor new team members
- Expand Your Impact: Manage teams, grow new canvassing markets, and travel within Renuity to new locations
- Perform day-to-day field marketing activities including canvassing, presenting products, and driving local brand awareness
Requirements

- Bonus: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
