About the role
- Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to employee Group Benefits
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Work collaboratively with the Producer(s) to support new business development
- Oversee the implementation and administration of group employee benefit programs
- Coordinate open enrollment activities, including employee education, enrollment assistance, and plan communication
Requirements
- Illinois Life and Health license, Required
- 7+ years of Large Group Benefit experience, Required (+50 Lives)
- Fully funded and self-funded insurance experience, Required
- Demonstrated proficiency in a Senior Account Management role in Group Benefits
- Demonstrated proficiency with Applied Systems EPIC
- Demonstrated knowledge of benefits administration platforms, Ease, Employee Navigator
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
