Requirements
- Prior Grocery Department Management experience preferred but not required
- Must be 18 years or older
- Follow rules, regulations, and standards of LaGree's Enterprises
- Must work weekends and holidays
- Team player, strong people skills and leadership required
- Clean, neat, and organized
- Good customer skills
- Take direction from management
- Ability to push, pull, and lift product cases safely up to 70lbs
- Maintain back stock and sales floor inventory, ordering and stocking
- Expense budget adherence, operational profitability
- General maintenance and cleaning of all areas in the department
- Ability to learn all aspects of stocking and cashiering
- Merchandising of displays and endcaps
- Special projects as directed by management
