About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the end-to-end closing process for commercial real estate and construction loans
  • Coordinate borrowers, legal counsel, title companies, syndication partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Review due diligence, insurance documentation, loan documents, and closing conditions
  • Prepare settlement statements, facilitate funding activities, and oversee disbursement of loan proceeds
  • Support syndicated transactions by managing member bank requirements, funding timelines, and documentation
  • Monitor post-closing deliverables, clear documentation exceptions, and maintain accurate loan files
  • Maintain data integrity across lending and customer relationship management systems
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, internal policies, and loan administration standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of customer service experience in a professional office environment
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial lending, commercial real estate finance, legal documentation, accounting, or loan administration
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
  • Working knowledge of commercial loan documentation, due diligence requirements, and banking processes
  • Preferred: 3+ years of experience in construction loan monitoring and/or commercial loan closing
  • Preferred: 3+ years of experience reviewing and analyzing credit and loan documentation
  • Preferred: 3+ years of experience reviewing commercial real estate due diligence materials
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate documentation, title practices, state lien laws, and syndicated lending transactions
  • Ability to directly represent yourself and your own experiences during recruiting and hiring
  • Successful completion of a thorough background check
