About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate new loan requests and renewals, including application submission, documentation review, and loan booking
- Monitor loan portfolios by tracking renewals, reviewing financial statements, and supporting asset quality management
- Process deposit and loan transactions, including account openings, wire transfers, stop payments, and other client service requests
- Partner with credit, legal, and customer care teams to resolve complex transactions and client issues
- Support Private Bankers with scheduling, reporting, client outreach, and presentation materials
- Ensure documentation and account activity meet compliance, risk management, and regulatory standards
- Operate in compliance with internal policies, applicable regulations, Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering requirements, and S.A.F.E. Act requirements
- Submit required information to meet registry requirements, obtain a unique identifier, and maintain S.A.F.E. Act registration requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of banking, financial services, or administrative experience
- Experience supporting high net worth clients preferred
- Experience with loan and deposit documentation processes preferred
- Must submit required information to meet registry requirements
- Must obtain a unique identifier and maintain registration requirements as directed by the S.A.F.E. Act
- Thorough background check required for all new hires
- Compliance with internal policies, applicable laws, regulations, Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering requirements, and S.A.F.E. Act requirements
- Ability to directly represent own identity and experiences during recruiting and hiring
