About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into clear user stories with defined acceptance criteria
  • Analyze product data and platform performance to identify trends, measure success, and support business decisions
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog for Agile development teams
  • Partner with business and technology teams to align priorities, resolve roadblocks, and deliver high-quality solutions
  • Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Validate completed work through acceptance testing and coordinate defect tracking and prioritization
  • Research market trends, competitive offerings, and user feedback to identify product improvement opportunities
  • Develop documentation, user guides, and training materials
  • Support feature adoption and end-user needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of business experience
  • 2+ years of experience working in an Agile environment
  • Experience gathering business requirements and writing user stories
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Experience analyzing data and creating reports or dashboards
  • Reliable transportation and ability to lawfully drive
  • Preferred: experience with the SAFe Agile Framework
  • Preferred: SAFe Agile certification
  • Preferred: experience supporting digital products, platforms, or customer-facing technology solutions
  • Preferred: experience with product backlog management, acceptance testing, and issue tracking
