About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide high-level administrative and project coordination support to senior leaders.
- Manage complex executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
- Coordinate executive communications, briefing materials, presentations, and follow-up actions.
- Maintain project trackers, reports, and status updates to support business priorities.
- Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders for seamless communication.
- Safeguard confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Lead the planning and coordination of department meetings and special initiatives.
- Anticipate executive needs by resolving scheduling conflicts and administrative challenges.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of experience providing administrative support to business leaders.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- 3+ years of experience supporting senior leaders and/or executive-level leadership (preferred).
- Experience coordinating projects, preparing executive presentations, and managing cross-functional communications (preferred).
