Key responsibilities & impact

  • Manage complex executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
  • Coordinate executive communications, briefing materials, presentations, and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain project trackers, reports, and status updates to support business priorities.
  • Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders for seamless communication.

  • Anticipate executive needs by resolving scheduling conflicts and administrative challenges.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of experience providing administrative support to business leaders.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting senior leaders and/or executive-level leadership (preferred).
  • Experience coordinating projects, preparing executive presentations, and managing cross-functional communications (preferred).
