Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support full life cycle recruitment and talent pool management to help meet organizational hiring goals.
  • Partner with business leaders to attract early career exempt and non-exempt talent.
  • Strengthen recruiting strategies and support inclusive hiring practices.
  • Use recruitment data and market insights to guide leaders and improve talent outcomes.
  • Manage full life cycle recruitment for early career exempt and non-exempt positions.
  • Support the creation and implementation of recruitment strategies for assigned business lines or talent areas.
  • Build and manage talent pools to support workforce planning and diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.
  • Represent the organization at events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the organization as an employer of choice.
  • Educate and guide business line leaders on the recruitment process, including interview training, market conditions, and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Analyze and leverage recruitment data to inform leaders and effectively attract talent.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of recruitment experience, including training in human resources interviewing and selection, affirmative action, and Equal Opportunity compliance.
  • High volume or campus recruitment experience (preferred).
