About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Join Associated Bank's Community Accountability team and help strengthen the communities we serve through impactful programs, partnerships, and outreach initiatives.
  • Coordinate community investment programs, manage reporting and administrative activities, and support strategic initiatives that drive positive community outcomes.
  • Operates in full compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as applicable regulations and laws, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering and S.A.F.E. Act requirements.
  • Must submit required information to meet registry requirements, obtain a unique identifier, and maintain the registration requirements as directed by the S.A.F.E Act.
  • Manage grant administration activities, including tracking, reporting, reconciliation, and program documentation.
  • Monitor program performance, analyze data, and prepare reports and presentations that measure impact and outcomes.
  • Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to support community initiatives, volunteer efforts, and training opportunities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Community Development, CRA Compliance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in community development, residential or small business sales, operations, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, tracking, reporting, and program administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and the ability to learn new systems and technologies.
  • 1+ years of experience in residential lending sales or operations (preferred).
  • Knowledge of community development programs, regulatory requirements, or affordable housing initiatives (preferred).
