About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end procurement operations, from intake and purchasing to contracting execution and supplier onboarding.
- Drive consistent, scalable processes that improve efficiency, service levels, and business experience.
- Oversee contracting workflows and post-award administration in partnership with Legal and Procurement Excellence.
- Manage procurement technology platforms (P2P and CLM), ensuring system reliability, data integrity, and adoption.
- Establish operational controls, SLAs, and quality standards to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
- Improve performance through process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner across Strategic Sourcing, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Technology to align operations with enterprise strategy.
- Build and lead a high-performing team with clear accountability, strong engagement, and a focus on results.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Required Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations within a complex organization
- 7+ years of experience leading teams and managing end-to-end procurement execution
- 5+ years of experience managing procurement systems (P2P, CLM), controls, and operational reporting
- Proven experience establishing SOPs, SLAs, and compliance frameworks in a regulated environment
- Preferred Master’s degree (MBA, Supply Chain, or Operations Management)
- 5+ years of experience in financial services, banking, healthcare, or insurance
- Experience working within a three-pillar procurement model
- Experience leading procurement transformation, automation, or digital enablement initiatives.
