About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support mortgage loan originators by managing loan pipelines, ensuring documentation is complete, and keeping transactions moving toward closing.
Communicate regularly with clients, Realtors, and attorneys to provide status updates.
Support loan originators with data entry, loan applications, and processing activities.
Coordinate and verify all client documentation to meet underwriting requirements.
Schedule closings and coordinate with all parties to ensure smooth transactions.
Maintain accurate loan data in the origination system and ensure compliance standards are met.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate’s degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent experience
2+ years of mortgage support, customer service, or administrative experience
Ability to meet S.A.F.E. Act registration requirements, including credit check compliance
Experience supporting mortgage loan originators or working in a lending environment (preferred)
Familiarity with loan origination systems and underwriting processes (preferred)
