About the role
- Design and execute comprehensive system integration and user acceptance tests that ensure software and system reliability.
- Communicate testing results, findings, and recommendations to QA leadership and project stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed test documentation, including use cases, test results, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with business partners, project teams, and QA colleagues to ensure alignment on testing strategies and quality goals.
- Monitor and report testing progress, identifying potential risks, gaps, and areas for process optimization.
- Support the development of testing strategies and facilitate business line engagement throughout the testing process.
- Perform testing of third-party interfaces to ensure system stability and compliance with requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying best practices and sharing knowledge across QA teams.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and experience leading testing projects
- Excellent time management, communication, and documentation skills
- Experience with Atlassian Jira, XRAY, and Confluence (Preferred)
- Experience working in a QA Center of Excellence or with geographically dispersed teams (Preferred)
- Background in financial services testing or QA leadership (Preferred)
