  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in strata management

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet precise deadlines
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change
  • Ability to learn new computer platforms quickly, including C3, Branch Access, and TownSquare
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills and understanding of computer systems
  • Successful track record working with clients and staff at all levels
  • Ability to work independently
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Positive, enthusiastic, hands-on approach and commitment to exceptional client service
  • Ability and willingness to work outside regular business hours when required
  • Clear understanding of the Real Estate Services Act and Strata Property Act and their application
  • Valid BC driver's license and access to a motor vehicle
