About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop reports and analytics using data from the data warehouse and Salesforce using Excel, SQL, Tableau, and other reporting/analytics tools
Develop data and analytics strategies and leverage advanced analytics to drive data-informed decisions
Analyze data to identify patterns and trends over time
Compare data from different categories to identify relationships or correlations
Apply statistical analysis to identify patterns and relationships in the data
Provide context and explanations for data using visualizations and narrative descriptions
Identify outliers or anomalies and investigate their causes
Build and automate dashboards and reports using MS Excel, SQL, Python, Snowflake, Tableau, and Salesforce
Review and QA data and reports before client delivery
Collaborate directly with client-facing teams on data needs and deadlines
Research and identify data quality issues
Monitor client data submissions and communicate with clients to resolve data quality issues
Manage partner requests and questions regarding data specifications
Configure mapping tools to translate source data to the desired format
Participate in tool testing and provide documentation to internal resources and customers
Act as the resident expert for data requirements and specifications internally and for clients
Stay informed about changes to assigned program data specifications
Lead client and partner web-based trainings on data specifications and requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
2 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation, including Data Analyst or related experience
2 years of experience with client-facing teams
2 years of experience with MS Excel
2 years of experience with SQL
2 years of experience with either Tableau or Salesforce
Ability to work 40 hours per week
