About the role

  • Make 150 outbound dials daily by calling 400-600 monthly inbound opt-in leads twice per day for 3-4 days using established calling schedules
  • Book 12-15 qualified sales appointments weekly, targeting 2-4 qualified sets daily over 5 working days with a show rate above 70%
  • Execute morning and evening calling blocks during optimal PST hours to maximize connection rates and appointment booking success
  • Follow established, fully-vetted scripts that have been refined and proven effective over 2-3 years of successful implementation
  • Implement multiple lead generation strategies including calling workshop leads, following up with past inbound deals, farming people from Facebook groups, Instagram accounts, and personal Facebook profiles
  • Attend morning huddles via Zoom at 8 AM PST Monday-Friday, knowing your numbers, projections, and pace metrics
  • Complete end-of-day reporting including personal projections updates, team tracking sheet updates, CRM pipeline maintenance, deal note documentation, follow-up task creation, and confirmation of next day's appointments
  • Maintain detailed CRM records ensuring all deals are in proper stages, include comprehensive call notes, update due dates, and create follow-up tasks for potential prospects
  • Follow up prior to appointments to ensure prospects show up and maintain high appointment attendance rates
  • Ensure proper handoff of qualified appointments to sales team with detailed notes and appropriate introductions

Requirements

  • Strong communication and phone sales skills with natural ability to build rapport quickly (extroversion not required, but strong people skills essential)
  • Proven work ethic and dedication to consistent daily performance in a metrics-driven environment with exceptional hunger and drive
  • High level of personal integrity with commitment to follow through, honesty with prospects, and only booking well-qualified appointments
  • Ability to follow established systems, scripts, and processes without requiring extensive customization or deviation from proven methods
  • Leadership capability to guide prospects toward their best decision, even when outside their comfort zone, while maintaining high standards
  • Availability to work US hours, specifically morning and evening PST calling blocks for optimal connection rates
  • Proactive approach to performance analysis - knowing why you're ahead or behind projections and adjusting accordingly
  • Detail-oriented approach with exceptional attention to CRM maintenance, number tracking, and systematic process execution
  • Ability to remain poised during crucial conversations with prospects while maintaining professionalism under pressure
  • Self-motivated with resilience and persistence to handle high-volume calling activities while maintaining positive attitude
  • Experience in appointment setting, lead qualification, or phone sales preferred but not required for candidates with strong foundational skills
