Implement multiple lead generation strategies including calling workshop leads, following up with past inbound deals, farming people from Facebook groups, Instagram accounts, and personal Facebook profiles
Attend morning huddles via Zoom at 8 AM PST Monday-Friday, knowing your numbers, projections, and pace metrics
Complete end-of-day reporting including personal projections updates, team tracking sheet updates, CRM pipeline maintenance, deal note documentation, follow-up task creation, and confirmation of next day's appointments
Maintain detailed CRM records ensuring all deals are in proper stages, include comprehensive call notes, update due dates, and create follow-up tasks for potential prospects
Follow up prior to appointments to ensure prospects show up and maintain high appointment attendance rates
Ensure proper handoff of qualified appointments to sales team with detailed notes and appropriate introductions
Requirements
Strong communication and phone sales skills with natural ability to build rapport quickly (extroversion not required, but strong people skills essential)

Availability to work US hours, specifically morning and evening PST calling blocks for optimal connection rates
