About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate and track active projects from start to completion
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues as they arise
- Ensure tasks are completed on schedule and communicate updates to clients
- Maintain accurate records and operational workflows
- Answer inbound phone calls and respond to client inquiries
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails in a professional and timely manner
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication

Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in operations, administration, customer service, or client coordination
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable handling phone calls and communicating confidently with clients
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
