Part-Time Bookkeeper
Assist WorldPart-Time Bookkeeper supporting remote finance administration for a growing client. Handling bookkeeping tasks, ensuring financial records are accurate and efficiently maintained.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Processing and coding purchase invoices.
- Raising and issuing sales invoices.
- Recording and reconciling financial transactions.
- Managing purchase orders (POs).
- Assisting with general bookkeeping and accounts administration.
- Maintaining accurate financial records using Xero.
- Supporting the Accounts team with ad hoc finance tasks as required.
- Communicating professionally via email with suppliers and internal stakeholders where necessary
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous bookkeeping or finance administration experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Xero.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage tasks independently.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong written communication skills.
