Executive Assistant
Assist WorldExecutive Assistant supporting the CEO of a fast-growing tech startup based in New York. Managing schedules, meetings, and administrative tasks in a remote environment.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar and schedule
- Coordinate meetings and appointments across multiple stakeholders
- Prioritize and organize daily, weekly, and monthly commitments
- Schedule personal and professional appointments when required
- Monitor calendars and proactively identify scheduling conflicts
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries when needed
- Support general administrative and organizational tasks
- Maintain clear communication and follow-up on action items
- Assist with inbox management and meeting preparation as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Assistant
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience using:
- ○ Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
- ○ Slack
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Professional, trustworthy, and highly confidential approach to sensitive information
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
