About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls throughout the day
  • Conduct outbound follow-up calls and customer callbacks as needed
  • Enter customer information and updates accurately into internal systems
  • Document customer conversations and maintain detailed notes
  • Address customer questions, concerns, and service issues professionally
  • Assist customers with order-related requests and product changes where appropriate
  • Deliver a positive customer experience while maintaining efficiency
  • Redirect conversations naturally and keep interactions focused on customer needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Clear, professional speaking ability with excellent phone etiquette
  • Comfortable handling customer complaints and difficult conversations
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to multitask while speaking with customers and entering information
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm and positive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working within an ERP system or similar customer management software (preferred)
  • Experience in industries related to:
  • ○ Lighting
  • ○ Home products
  • ○ Luxury products
  • ○ Similar product-based environments (preferred)
  • Experience in call-center or high-volume phone support environments (preferred)
