About the role
- Support the owner/operator of two small businesses (a wellness/IV vitamin therapy bar + a home services cleaning & restoration company)
- Maintain an active social media presence using owner-provided content
- Provide inbox/calendar support to reduce day-to-day administrative load
- Monitor and organize email inbox (Outlook)
- Schedule posts in advance and maintain a content calendar
- Coordinate calls with lead sources, partners, and vendors
- Track expenses and basic business admin tasks (data entry, updates, organizing files)
- Help manage personal calendar logistics (family-heavy schedule, 4 kids)
Requirements
- 3+ years experience as an EA/PA/VA supporting busy entrepreneurs or small business owners
- Strong social media execution skills (posting, captions, scheduling, consistency)
- Excellent written communication and good judgment on what needs escalation
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable with follow-through
- Comfortable working with sensitive information (financial/admin) after trust is established
- Proactive mindset: anticipates needs, surfaces issues early, and keeps work moving
