About the role

  • Support the owner/operator of two small businesses (a wellness/IV vitamin therapy bar + a home services cleaning & restoration company)
  • Maintain an active social media presence using owner-provided content
  • Provide inbox/calendar support to reduce day-to-day administrative load
  • Monitor and organize email inbox (Outlook)
  • Schedule posts in advance and maintain a content calendar
  • Coordinate calls with lead sources, partners, and vendors
  • Track expenses and basic business admin tasks (data entry, updates, organizing files)
  • Help manage personal calendar logistics (family-heavy schedule, 4 kids)

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience as an EA/PA/VA supporting busy entrepreneurs or small business owners
  • Strong social media execution skills (posting, captions, scheduling, consistency)
  • Excellent written communication and good judgment on what needs escalation
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable with follow-through
  • Comfortable working with sensitive information (financial/admin) after trust is established
  • Proactive mindset: anticipates needs, surfaces issues early, and keeps work moving
