About the role

  • Support a solo founder managing multiple business and personal workstreams
  • Consolidate and manage multiple calendars
  • Coordinate scheduling and communication with external contacts
  • Assist with meeting setup and administrative tasks
  • Review and organize financial data
  • Manage family calendars and activities
  • Build and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for properties
  • Handle back-office admin related to rental operations
  • Ensure adherence to Security & Confidentiality best practices
  • Meet agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for tasks

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations VA, or Administrative VA
  • Strong calendar management and scheduling coordination experience
  • Comfortable handling financial data and reconciliation support
  • Excellent written English and professional communication skills
  • High attention to detail with strong follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently
  • Comfortable using AI tools to assist with SOP creation and documentation
  • QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience (Nice-to-Have)
  • Short-term rental or Airbnb operations support (Nice-to-Have)
  • Household or personal assistant experience (Nice-to-Have)
  • SOP documentation and process-building experience (Nice-to-Have)
