Support Engineer

• Qualify, troubleshoot, investigate, and respond to customer support tickets
• Maintain rapport and a high level of customer satisfaction
• Manage tasks and tickets according to priority and keep the customer updated along the process
• Resolve clients' application questions or problems in the areas of database, system configurations/setup, product functionality and business enhancements
• Leverage various platforms to communicate with customers and employees including Teams, WebEx, Phone, email, and Zendesk
• Provide installation/configuration support of third-party applications including IIS, MSSQL, Oracle, ElasticSearch, and Crystal.

• Design and implement E2E test automation using Playwright, Cypress, or equivalent

• The Pre-Sales Engineer serves as the technical expert and primary technical resource for the sales team.
• Driving the technology evaluation stage of the sales process.
• Explain the value and positioning of AssetWorks' solutions to technical and business audiences.
• Ensure customer satisfaction at every sales cycle stage by identifying and addressing technical requirements and building lasting relationships.
• Develop a deep understanding of the AssetWorks product suite and effectively communicate its benefits to stakeholders at all levels.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments and requirement analyses for new and existing customers.
• Design, deliver, and present tailored product demonstrations that address customer challenges and highlight AssetWorks' value proposition.

Pre-Sales Engineer

• Build and maintain mobile application features using .NET MAUI (C#/XAML) targeting iOS
• Design and develop backend APIs in C#/.NET to support the mobile application
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate requirements into working software
• Co-own the mobile build and release pipeline—CI/CD, TestFlight distribution, and App Store submissions
