Recruiting Operations Coordinator
Asset LivingProperty Recruiting Coordinator managing hiring processes and supporting recruiting efforts at Asset Living. Collaborating with various managers to maintain smooth operations in talent acquisition.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage external and internal job postings within the applicant tracking system.
- Solution inquiries through the Talent Acquisition Fresh Service ticketing system.
- Generate weekly & monthly reports for Recruiters and Talent Acquisition leaders.
- Write and maintain job descriptions.
- Collaborate with corporate marketing team to address reputation management on specific job boards.
- Manage candidate emails and voicemails, forwarding them to appropriate personnel if necessary.
- Assist Talent Acquisition leaders in presentation preparation.
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to build relationships with Community and Regional Managers
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, high – volume recruiting environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, applicant tracking system experience preferred
