About the role
- Works closely with marketing leadership reporting on KPIs of successful property marketing efforts.
- Responsible for supporting Marketing Technology onboarding and 30/60/90 post launch performance touch bases.
- Responsible for generating ongoing marketing performance in a raw state to collaborate with marketing leadership on drafting final prepared performance reporting.
- Responsible for supporting the implementation schedule in coordination with Marketing Transitions for new takeovers.
- Participates in regularly scheduled calls with marketing leadership to review marketing performance at a community level.
- Provides leasing and marketing training and best practices to onsite teams.
- Recommends training plans for properties not meeting CRM Engagement goals.
- Confidence in presenting recommendations, ideas and strategies to operations and marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in marketing support or a similar role within multifamily property management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
- Familiarity with online digital marketing platforms required.
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proven analytical mindset with attention to detail and extrapolation of data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities required.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment required.
