About the role
- Deliver consistent service quality throughout the claim life cycle
- Review and analyze coverage and apply policy conditions
- Investigate each claim to obtain relevant facts
- Establish and maintain timely claim and expense reserves
- Determine settlement amounts based on appraisal estimates
- Provide support for other parts of the Auto Line of Business
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Fluent in Portuguese and/or Spanish required
- Active adjuster’s license in at least one state required (any state)
- A minimum of three years of previous auto claim handling experience
