About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensures customers have an excellent support experience
  • Assists customers via chat and WhatsApp
  • Resolves customers' questions and difficulties regarding the use of the platform
  • Analyzes and investigates customer reports for potential issues or frequent questions and, when necessary, escalates them to the tech team
  • Forwards feedback and suggestions to our product team
  • Creates follow-up reports.
