About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensures customers have an excellent support experience
- Assists customers via chat and WhatsApp
- Resolves customers' questions and difficulties regarding the use of the platform
- Analyzes and investigates customer reports for potential issues or frequent questions and, when necessary, escalates them to the tech team
- Forwards feedback and suggestions to our product team
- Creates follow-up reports.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in SaaS support
- Proactive and empathetic
- Excellent written communication
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new things
- Investigative mindset to diagnose issues and find solutions
- Organized with strong time management skills
