About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Receive, understand pain points, qualify, and schedule inbound leads and rework lists.
- Monitor the lead’s entry into the meeting and perform the handoff to the sales executive.
- Track the process through to deal closure.
- Complete all daily activities in the CRM.
- Enter and record information in the CRM.
- Keep your daily routine organized.
- Use phone, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, and other tools as contact channels.
- Monitor your daily results and report to your supervisor.
- Identify and report potential process improvements to your supervisor.
- Identify and report to your supervisor leads that do not meet the scheduling standards.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business, Sales, or related fields.
- Experience with pre-sales, sales of services, or B2B software sales.
- Experience in inbound prospecting.
- Experience and speed in using Salesforce CRM (or others).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of prospecting techniques (SPIN, Rapport, BANT, etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge or experience with AI applied to sales processes is a plus.
- General knowledge or experience in acquisition marketing is a plus.
- Previous experience as an SDR or in Sales at SaaS companies is a plus.
