About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with the commercial team and other departments across the company to ensure alignment and focus on results;
  • Proactively prospect new clients through remote channels and identify business opportunities;
  • Map customer needs, pain points and profiles, conducting a consultative sales approach;
  • Present solutions clearly and technically, highlighting benefits, features and added value;
  • Assess the client profile (needs, budget and decision-making capacity) to qualify opportunities;
  • Lead commercial negotiations, prepare proposals and follow up through to closing;
  • Ensure deals are closed with aligned commercial terms and mutual expectations;
  • Monitor and manage the client portfolio during onboarding, ensuring close contact, support and alignment of requirements;
  • Ensure correct formalization of contracts and documents related to sales;
  • Keep the CRM up to date, organize the pipeline, record interactions and maintain constant follow-ups;
  • Support market mapping and the identification of new opportunities, contributing to the expansion of the customer base.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience selling to the B2B market for services, software, telecom or related sectors;
  • Experience in consultative sales;
  • Knowledge and application of sales techniques;
  • Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office suite;
  • Experience with funnel/CRM tools;
  • Strong planning focus and autonomy with responsibility for organizing your schedule;
  • Drive and determination to achieve targets;
  • Strategic mindset to propose ideas, development and improvements;
  • Knowledge of Salesforce;
  • Outbound selling skills.
