About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Administer and configure the Salesforce platform, ensuring stability, organization and adherence to company processes.
  • Develop continuous improvements to flows, page layouts, objects, automations and business rules within the CRM.
  • Gather requirements from the Commercial, Customer Success, Marketing and Operations teams, translating needs into platform solutions.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports and management metrics to support decision-making.
  • Support integration projects between Salesforce and other systems used by the company.
  • Ensure the quality, integrity and standardization of data stored in the CRM.
  • Provide training and user support, promoting best practices for platform use.
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes to increase productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor Salesforce platform updates, evaluating new features that may generate business value.
  • Work collaboratively with Technology, Revenue Operations and Commercial teams on the continuous evolution of the Salesforce ecosystem.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Experience administering and supporting the Salesforce platform.
  • Knowledge of configuring objects, fields, page layouts, profiles, permission sets and validation rules.
  • Experience building Flows (Salesforce Flow), automations and processes.
  • Knowledge of creating dashboards, reports and management metrics.
  • Experience eliciting requirements from business areas.
  • Experience providing functional user support and driving continuous platform improvements.
  • Knowledge of CRM and commercial processes.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred).
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Experience Cloud (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Revenue Operations (RevOps) (preferred).
  • Experience in technology, SaaS or DataTech companies (preferred).
  • Knowledge of BI tools, automation and artificial intelligence applied to commercial processes (preferred).
