About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with the commercial team and other areas of the company, ensuring alignment and a focus on results;
- Actively prospect new clients via remote channels and identify business opportunities;
- Map clients' needs, pain points and profiles, conducting a consultative sales approach;
- Present solutions clearly and technically, highlighting benefits, features and added value;
- Assess the client's profile (needs, budget and decision-making capacity) to qualify opportunities;
- Conduct commercial negotiations, prepare proposals and follow up through to closing;
- Ensure deals are closed with aligned commercial terms and mutual expectations;
- Monitor and manage the client portfolio during the onboarding period, ensuring proximity, support and alignment of demands;
- Ensure correct formalization of contracts and sales-related documents;
- Keep the CRM updated, organize the pipeline, record interactions and maintain consistent follow-ups;
- Support market mapping and identification of new opportunities, contributing to the expansion of the customer base.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in B2B sales of services, software, telecom or related fields;
- Experience in consultative selling;
- Knowledge and application of sales techniques;
- Proficiency with the full Office suite (Microsoft Office);
- Experience using funnel/CRM tools;
- Planning-focused with autonomy and responsibility to organize your schedule;
- Driven and motivated to achieve targets;
- Strategic mindset to propose ideas, development and improvements;
- Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Salesforce;
- Outbound selling skills.
