About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work collaboratively with the commercial team and other company departments, ensuring alignment and a results-oriented focus;
  • Conduct active prospecting of new clients via remote channels and identify business opportunities;
  • Map customer needs, pain points and profiles, employing a consultative sales approach;
  • Present solutions clearly and technically, highlighting benefits, features and added value;
  • Evaluate the client's profile (needs, budget and decision-making capacity) to qualify opportunities;
  • Lead commercial negotiations, prepare proposals and follow through until closing;
  • Ensure deals are closed with alignment on commercial terms and mutual expectations;
  • Monitor and manage the client portfolio during the onboarding period, ensuring close engagement, support and alignment of requirements;
  • Ensure proper formalization of contracts and sales-related documentation;
  • Keep the CRM up to date, organizing the pipeline, recording interactions and performing regular follow-ups;
  • Support market mapping and the identification of new opportunities, contributing to customer base expansion.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience selling to B2B markets in services, software, telecom or related sectors;
  • Experience in consultative selling;
  • Knowledge and application of sales techniques;
  • Proficiency in the full Office suite;
  • Experience with funnel/CRM tools;
  • Strong planning focus and autonomy with responsibility for managing one's schedule;
  • Drive and determination to achieve targets;
  • Strategic mindset to propose ideas, developments and improvements;
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus;
  • Outbound skills.
