• Manage employee hour tracking and reconcile estimated vs. actual job time.
• Maintain the estimation database (materials, pricing, and labor rates).
• Record and flag important Ooma phone calls for review and follow-up.
• Handle QuickBooks invoicing, payments, and project cost tracking.
• Support overall process consistency across sales, production, and accounting.
