About the role

  • Support the development and coordination of external-facing communications, including marketing materials, presentations, and campaign assets
  • Assist with drafting and editing content for external audiences, such as brand messaging, thought leadership materials, and client-facing communications
  • Conduct research to support storytelling, positioning, and marketing strategies
  • Help ensure messaging is consistent with brand voice and strategic objectives
  • Assist with drafting and distributing internal communications, including announcements, updates, and employee-facing content
  • Support leadership and team communications by helping prepare presentations, talking points, and briefing materials
  • Help coordinate internal meetings, workshops, and engagement initiatives
  • Support planning and coordination for internal and external events, meetings, and engagement initiatives
  • Assist with content creation and scheduling for social and digital channels
  • Help maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and project trackers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Rising Junior, Senior, or recent Grads
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, GoogleDoc, Word
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
