About the role
- Lead the technical implementation process and drive customer relationships during onboarding for mid-market and enterprise customers
- Shape implementation processes as an early member of the Solutions Team, from customer project management to technical setup
- Drive revenue conversion, retention, and customer satisfaction through successful implementations
- Explore and document product functionality across the web application and API to build product expertise
- Develop and refine implementation best practices based on product expertise
- Improve internal efficiencies and the overall customer experience during implementation
- Work cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Success to get customers live
- Act as a liaison between customers and the product organization to drive the product roadmap and feature development
- Set the tone for customer engagement to help customers see more value
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role supporting a technical product or service (Implementation management and SaaS experience preferred)
- Experience working with SQL, APIs and integrations
- High empathy and ability to understand customer needs; strong relationship-building skills across stakeholders including C-level executives, WFM leaders, and engineers
- Comfortable digging into available data, parsing code, and writing SQL; willing to pick up new technical skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Engineers to build new features and functionality for Enterprise customers
- Ability to think strategically and identify key trends and insights from customer conversations and the broader market
- Ability to break projects or goals into smaller tasks and manage execution
- Proven track record of getting things done in unstructured environments; grit and tenacity to push through roadblocks
- Strong communication skills and ability to keep stakeholders up to date
