Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven success at an early-stage company (Series B or earlier)
- Excel at recruiting diverse talent
- Thrive in ambiguity
- Confident closer skilled in benchmarking compensation and crafting offers
- Partner effectively with executives and senior stakeholders
- Energized by creating exceptional experiences for candidates and employees alike
- Love in-person collaboration and excited about being in SF office 4-5 days per week
