About the role
- Provisioning and support of Microsoft client operating systems and the software solutions used on them (e.g., Microsoft Office 365, Azure, Intune)
- Provisioning and support of Microsoft server operating systems and installed application systems (e.g., Exchange, SharePoint, Teams), including the use of Microsoft Hyper-V and VMware
- Deployment using centralized Microsoft software distribution solutions
- Advisory and administrative activities in external project work (clients) and in internal day-to-day operations (Assecor)
Requirements
- Knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g., client OS, server OS)
- Strong knowledge (planning, installation, configuration) of at least one current server system (2016/2019): Exchange or SharePoint
- Solid knowledge of Azure AD, Intune, and Office 365 administration
- Basic networking knowledge (e.g., protocols, hardware)
- Familiarity with hardware and software virtualization solutions (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware, App-V)
- Willingness to pursue further training and certification
- Desire to evolve from a traditional administrator role to an IT consultant with project responsibility
- Ability and willingness to act independently and take ownership
- Very good German language skills (at least C1 level)
- Microsoft certifications are an advantage
