About the role

  • You help our clients develop an IT strategy, an IT solution landscape and a portfolio through to implementation.
  • You support our sales team in presales for digitalization projects.
  • You carry out elicitation, assessment and prioritization of business requirements in complex environments.
  • You frequently act as a consultant between business units and IT.
  • You also lead workshops and training sessions when required.

Requirements

  • Completed degree (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics) or comparable qualification – career changers with relevant experience are welcome.
  • Analytical thinking, team orientation and an independent working style.
  • Conscientiousness, organizational skills and willingness to take responsibility.
  • Hands-on mentality and strong IT affinity.
  • Interest in efficient and goal-oriented process design.
  • Good facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel (you will work remotely, but travel to client sites when required).
  • Very good German language skills, written and spoken (minimum C1 level).
  • Experience with IT consulting projects and associated tools (e.g., Enterprise Architect, ArchiMate, LeanIX, Signavio, Celonis and other EAM and process tools, as well as PowerPoint and Miro) and frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Archi, BPMN, UML).
