About the role

  • Develop and maintain backends and tooling for internal ML customers, including core ML pipelines for use in both offline internal processing and real-time production systems.
  • Work with ML researchers to adopt and optimize experimental ML pipelines, turning them into scalable mature solutions.
  • Maintain and optimize inference software infrastructure for both offline and real-time production use.
  • Participate in architecture discussions and communicate with other teams to identify their needs and potential to optimize their work through improvements in our pipelines and tooling.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of production experience with Python.
  • Solid knowledge of software development best practices and understanding system design.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with: SQL, NoSQL, message brokers, web frameworks (Django, FastAPI or others).
  • Proactivity and ability to deliver new features by yourself while communicating with internal customers.
  • Ability to understand and navigate through existing codebases of different sizes and complexity.
  • Confident use of LLM-tools to write code.
  • Very good verbal and written English skills (at least B2+).
