About the role

  • Design and produce a wide range of digital and print materials, including newsletters, social media graphics, ad campaigns, event signage, sales collateral, and merchandise.
  • Ensure all assets align with and elevate our brand guidelines.
  • Edit video footage and create motion graphics to convey key messages for social media, marketing campaigns, and internal use.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, emerging tools (including AI), and best practices to continually enhance creative output and design processes.
  • Partner closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to conceptualize and execute creative projects from initial idea to final launch.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Proven experience as a Design Generalist, or similar role.
  • A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing a range of projects in digital, web, print, and video.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
  • Practical experience managing websites using Webflow, Framer or a similar low-code website builder.
  • Understanding of responsive design principles, web standards, and accessibility best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
